varied entertainment clean rooms varied program
the staff were very pleasant the evening entertainment was varied i appreciated the cruise standard. the rooms were clean the food was varied i found it great. the animation team of gabriel and christian provided a varied program each day including stretching yoga and aqua gym.

excellent gluten-free options
helpful team gluten-free options customized pizza
the hotel team removed the stress of finding things to eat with coeliac disease. from the initial reception team to the catering, there was a good process to deal with my needs for a strict gluten-free diet. at each meal, the maitre liaised with the chefs who pointed out the gluten-free food choices in the buffet area. the servery also offered customized gluten-free pizzas and gluten-free dessert options.
the rooms could use some drawers. also, the shower head was very low.

the all-inclusive drinks are really good, with a great variety available. the food includes a good variety of freshly cooked options. the bar has a great all-inclusive selection of drinks and cocktails. the food was AMAZING!!!

faulty air conditioning limited food options
the room's air conditioning did not work. the temperature stayed at 22-23 degrees, even though i set the thermostat to 19. i mentioned this issue twice to the staff, but it wasn't fixed. also, the all-inclusive food options were limited, consisting of dry sandwiches or croissants left at the pool bar, and the staff seemed reluctant to make burgers or hot dogs.
