faulty air conditioninglimited food options
the room's air conditioning did not work. the temperature stayed at 22-23 degrees, even though i set the thermostat to 19. i mentioned this issue twice to the staff, but it wasn't fixed. also, the all-inclusive food options were limited, consisting of dry sandwiches or croissants left at the pool bar, and the staff seemed reluctant to make burgers or hot dogs.
