Excellent Stay in a Historic Setting

I stayed for several nights. The concierge assisted with planning day trips to Normandy beaches and local villages. Our room included many amenities. The shower also functioned as a steam room. I dined at both hotel restaurants.

The garden seats were quite WET. They had not been brought in after the previous night's storm. Finding someone to provide bar service took around ten minutes. This wait impacted my experience.

The room lacked proper air conditioning. It was quite uncomfortable. I found the breakfast buffet to be disappointing for the price. Replenishment was slow. It seemed overpriced for the overall experience.
