The staff was very happy and helpful. The room size was good. The beds seemed fairly comfortable, and the breakfast was really good with lots of choice. Quick service for drinks was available.
The rooms are oldish. The bathrooms are quite old and cramped. The hotel provided a room in the -1 floor. The WiFi was terrible there.

The staff was friendly. They offered helpful recommendations. I enjoyed the breakfast with its numerous choices and fresh tea. The air conditioning worked well, made the room comfortable after hot days.
The website mentioned a shuttle, but only a taxi was available. It was fine, but having an in-house shuttle would have been preferable for certainty.
