I found the staff attentive! The team ensured every need was met promptly. Breakfast included delicious Scottish products. My dog even received a tasty sausage, I appreciated the dog-friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel.
The water pressure in the shower was slightly low, it was a minor inconvenience!

The hotel is situated in a beautiful hollow in the Scottish Highlands. The location provides great views of the Cairngorms. It's a true escape into nature, and very relaxing.

The front door was opened for me upon arrival. Help was provided to carry luggage. The bar area provided a nice way to relax. Breakfast offered a superb selection. even at breakfast.
Shower pressure was not great.

I cannot stress enough how pleased i was with the service here. the staff was helpful and always available. my room was well-kept, and the common areas were super clean. The team worked hard to maintain everything. it's just a pity i didn't stay longer!
the wi-fi signal was sometimes unreliable in the evenings, especially during peak hours.
