multiple sitting places amazing views good customer service
the gardens had many places to sit. views overlooked the port and were amazing. maria luz and roberto offered very good customer service. the breakfast selection was adequate.

the hotel location was good.
Dinner proved a real letdown. There weren't enough staff to handle all the tables adequately.. it seemed like i waited forever for my food.

fine view maintained garden comfortable bed
the hotel boasted fine views of the sea from the gardens , which are beautifully maintained. my room on the ground floor opened directly onto the garden , a very nice feature i appreciated. the bed was super comfortable , ensuring a good night's sleep.
the wifi in the room was inconsistent and often cut out. this made it difficult to work or stream anything reliably. i also found the shower to be quite narrow , impacting my overall comfort.

the hotel had well-kept gardens. i found that acceptable.
i found the restaurant experience quite poor. the waiting staff were mostly unprofessional and rude. they ignored us for long stretches and some dishes did not arrive. it seemed like i was not welcome there..

outdoor spaces pretty gardens relaxing pool comfortable balcony
i really liked the outdoor spaces. the gardens are so pretty and well maintained. the pool area had lots of space to relax. the room we got was big and comfortable, i liked having a balcony.
the breakfast buffet could have had more variety.

The hotel layout is super cool! it had many different areas i enjoyed. the restaurant really was fabulous. I cant wait to go back. i love that there are lots of different areas to relax and explore, too!
the shower i used was over the bath and it was tricky to get in and out of it.

The hotel sits on a cliff. This provides great views of the beach and mount teide. you get to enjoy the quiet, elegant vibe of an old colonial building. i think it is great!

My room was comfy with garden and ocean views. I could see for miles! the sheets and towels were excellent. I reminded me of royalty. the bathroom had two sinks, which i saw as a bonus.
