the location was great, close to the beach. i liked that it was easy to get to shops and buses! alcudia port and the strip were a short bus ride away. the poolside bar was also really handy for snacks.
The wi-fi signal was weak in some areas.

The staff was very helpful. antonio and lorena stood out. They made our days by the pool enjoyable. margarita and mar also provided excellent service.

the breakfast had many options. i found both sweet and savory choices. i also enjoyed the fresh fruit available.. the hotel features two pool areas. i spent most of my time at the quietest pool. my room had a kitchenette equipped with everything i needed.
my room was in a separate building from reception. this building looked a bit older. the cleaning wasn't always very thorough. i saw dust in the corners. the bathroom sliding door was hard for my kid to close.
