quiet and elegant stay
beautiful hotel helpful owners local dining good variety
the hotel IS beautiful. i loved that the river runs along the edge of the garden! the owners gave us good advice for local dining. breakfast had a really good variety.
the absence of a tv WAS a slight inconvenience.

breakfast included juice, coffee, various breads, and yoghurt. it ALSO featured a perfectly cooked boiled egg. the breakfast offered a balanced meal to start the day.

the room had high ceilings and traditional chateau windows. the windows opened onto the courtyard, which i found beautiful. this room matched expectations for a grand maison, indeed.
