excellent location clean room quiet area unfriendly manager barking dog poor service
The location was excellent it was right on the beach near the ferry. Many restaurants and activities were easily walkable. I liked that it was in a quieter area so i did not hear parties while resting. the room was spacious and clean.
The front desk manager was not friendly i found. She seemed annoyed by requests for service. It seemed like she did not understand that guest salaries pay her salary. Barking dogs right behind our window at 4 am did not help i could not sleep.

terrible wifi wall view
the rooms were spacious i liked the location cause it was very central.
the wifi was terrible i couldn't even load a webpage i needed to do some work but it was impossible. our room was facing a wall this was so sad i was hoping for a nicer view. the staff didn't seem to care so i'm disappointed.

Average stay with a couple issues
poor flush unhelpful staff
The room cost more than I thought it was worth. I paid a lot, but it did not feel luxurious. The toilet did not flush well, even after I told someone. I also had trouble with the door lock one night. The staff was not very helpful when I was locked out and needed help with my luggage.
