i found a couple of aspects less than satisfactory. the air conditioning did not function at all. i also found the ventilation poor and the bathroom felt small. (still, it was manageable).

I liked this hotel location. it was near the basilica, doge's palace, and rialto. water transportation was also close. staff spoke english. Check-in was smooth.
the decor was a bit tired. bathroom was dated but clean.

The staff spoke english. This made check-in smooth. The room was clean and well-kept. The location was fantastic. It was just a short walk from the main attractions. The elevator added to the convenience of our stay.
The accommodations were basic. The room was comfortable but it didn't really have a view of the canal.

The room was hot. Absence of air conditioning was a problem, especially since it has been advertised. Sleeping became difficult. Mosquitos were a pest. I got bites all over my body. The hotel must address this issue to improve guest comfort.
