i was really happy with my stay just now. the staff are very supportive and they offered me early check in at 9:00 am without extra charge. location is super great, really close to public transport and taksim square. the area around the hotel feels clean and safe, that's awesome!

rooms were really clean. there's a nice mini mart directly across from the hotel. the bed was comfortable and i slept well. the rooms are renovated and furnished with new furniture, that is genuinely pleasant!

the reception was very kindly and helpful, bellboys too. staff at reception were helpful. they gave us sandwiches and juice for our early trip, and we didn't even ask! professional staff everywhere, that's really great!

Breakfast lacked variety. I noticed the same items were offered every day. The rooms didn't get aired well and I found the air quality to be poor.
