the breakfast was very good, everything was cooked to order. the cereal was also very good with a choice of fresh fruit and yogurt. tea and coffee were hot plus toast was served with the breakfast.
The tea cups had lipstick on them, that was a bit off. the wifi password cover needed a wipe, it had spilt tea or coffee all over it. the bathroom had mildew in the roof and the walls. It needs a clean.

the breakfast was acceptable, especially the selection of cereals.
the bathroom had mildew on the roof. the toilet seat hinges needed cleaning. the room was a little chilly at night because the heater was not effective.

friendly host fresh breakfast handy location
my room was the King Room. the location, its close to the lake district, was handy for day trips. the host was very friendly and nothing was too much bother for him, i like this. breakfast was good, fresh, and cooked to order.
the room could use some paint.

An Acceptable Stay
friendly host fresh fruit salad made to order breakfast dirty teacups dirty password cover chilly room
The host was friendly enough. The room included everything I needed for my stay. The breakfast was made to order on the day, and the menu included fresh fruit salad. It was excellent.
I found lipstick on the tea cups, which wasn't ideal. The WiFi password cover was dirty with spilt tea or coffee. the room was chilly at night. The heater didn't always come on in the evenings. That was a problem.

mildew in the bathroom chilly room
The breakfast was good. I suppose that's something.
The heater apparently didn't realize it had a job to do in the evenings. It was quite chilly. i found mildew in the roof and on the walls in the bathroom, a quick fix that was missed. also, there was a stain on the wifi password cover.
