The hotel is conveniently near a shopping mall. It is accessible from the second floor. The metro station is also a short walk away. Complimentary bottled water was provided during both daily services.
The hotel staff did not seem fully familiar with membership recognition procedures. There seemed to be some uncertainty regarding my membership status. I was asked whether my wife would also be staying. The pool needs some refreshing.

afternoon tea food variety outdoor pool
the lounge access was great. afternoon tea and cocktails was a pleasant way to unwind after sightseeing and shopping. the variety of food available all day was a big plus. the gym and swimming pools offered fantastic recreational opportunities. i ESPECIALLY enjoyed the outdoor pool and jacuzzi.
the staff at the evening was irrespectfull and doing judgement. they refuse to give us the room we booked. we have to complain for have the room. at this price THAT should not happen.

the hotel is above a shopping center that offers a variety of food choices. this is good for strolling around, and i walked to C Future City. taxis were easy to get.

the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the Chef Concierge was helpful. all staff were friendly from the people opening the doors, to cleaners, restaurant staff and club lounge workers. service shined.

the hotel had an excellent foyer and beautiful decor everywhere. the gym and swimming pools were fantastic, particularly the outdoor pool. the club lounge is great.

the room was large and spacious and it came with a beautiful view. it was a corner room so is was two walls worth of windows. it had all the facilities you would expect at this type of hotel.

the breakfast buffet offered a lot of variety for all tastes. the hotel did all that they could to provide gluten free options at breakfast. the lounge had a wide selection of food available all day.
