convenient locationpoor servicerude staff
the location near the slopes proved convenient.
the restaurant felt disorganized. the service prioritize non-residents. some bar staff were rude, and i often had to ask for cutlery.

I appreciated the ski equipment rental service available right in the hotel. also, the easy access to the slopes made my skiing days super convenient! i liked the restaurant. It offered meals at reasonable prices. i found the location near the ski lifts very handy, it made getting around easy!
my room was a bit small and made it tricky to organize my bags and gear after a day on the slopes.

Really good Ski Hotel Experience

The hotel had excellent access to the ski area. Ski rentals were conveniently located nearby (right by the entrance). The downstairs area provided a perfect spot. I appreciated the comfortable living room available on the first floor.
The restaurant seemed to prioritize external customers over hotel residents. I noticed some cramped tables to accommodate non-residents. I think it would be good to make sure there's space for hotel guests.

The restaurant and bar created a lovely atmosphere. Staff were generally fabulous (the theme was food needing to be hotter, temperature wise). There were good menu choices, and the bar area was great, too.

The hotel offers excellent proximity to ski schools. It is located near the lifts, I found this to be really helpful. There is also close access to Val D'Isere and the full ski area.

The room had underfloor heated bathroom, i thought it was wonderful. good shower pressure too, it was very refreshing after skiing. i really loved the sauna and the outdoors jacuzzi with a lake view. The scenery was charming. but the temperature was perfect!
the restaurant sometimes seemed understaffed.

the hotel's location near the ski lifts was quite convenient.
The restaurant service was slow. I waited over an hour for my meal one evening. my room was also smaller than i expected. the glass screen door in the en-suite offered little privacy. I felt uncomfortable.
