I found the staff to be very friendly. The room was clean and warm. The bar and restaurant provided excellent service, and the food was lovely.
The room felt quite old. I would not want to stay for more than a few nights

the location was convenient. the room was clean.
the check-in process was not smooth. he stated the building did not appear modern, and was unhelpful when i requested a room on a lower floor for my mother who had difficulty with stairs.

The location suited my needs perfectly. A bus stop nearby offered frequent service. A Tesco across the road provided convenient access to snacks. The heating system maintained a comfortable temperature in the room. I found the shower temperature and water pressure to be perfect and easily adjustable.
The room walls seemed a bit thin, so I could hear some noise.
