language barrier poor pressure
the room was cleaned to a good standard every day.
the language barrier was a challenge, it was difficult to communicate effectively with some staff. the shower had poor pressure and a weird smell. there should have been more complimentary water in the villa

The gardens were well maintained with tropical vegetation. Our garden view villa reminded me of a mini-villa. The shower room had a walk-in shower and double sink. The hotel was quiet at night..
The hotel provided an iron, but no ironing board initially. It took three days to finally receive one. My mojito was weak during happy hour. There weren't many sunbeds in the shade.

My wife and I chose a beach front villa for our honeymoon. The room included a spacious layout and a bed that was comfortable. Our balcony overlooked the pool and beach , so we saw amazing sunsets while enjoying a beer. The staff remembered our names, room number , and preferences.

The staff exhibits friendliness and attentiveness , ensuring a warm atmosphere. They assisted in arranging day trips and car rentals. The owners are present daily , guaranteeing every detail of our stay was perfect.

tranquil anniversary stay
beautiful location thoughtful service perfect cleanliness
I found lanta palace offered a beautiful location for a romantic getaway. the staff showed such thoughtful service, especially with our dinner and breakfast. our villa and the beach were both perfect, everything impeccably clean. It seemed like a hidden world just for us.
the only minor issue was the limited shade by the pool, as some loungers were often reserved with towels, a small inconvenience in an otherwise perfect setting.

The restaurant features huge portions of tasty food, and starters are nearly main course size. breakfast offers a great selection in a buffet style with waiter service for eggs and smoothies which adds a nice touch. coffee is great. I think it was nespresso.

The rooms are beautifully designed, include everything you need, and feature great air-conditioning. nespresso coffee machines and usb chargers are convenient additions. even the mini bar prices match the bar prices which is a nice bonus. It feels like pure indulgence.

This hotel is in a tranquil setting. you find not much in the surrounding area. staying here is perfect if you want a peaceful, hotel-based experience. The area is charming and quiet. I felt perfectly secluded.

The villa was very spacious. Its beautiful terrace included comfortable furniture. Breakfast at the beach was a delight. I also found the resort very peaceful.

Uneven experience due to service issues
language barrier frustrating communication
The resort had facilities directly on the beach, acceptable.
The language barrier made communication difficult, especially when trying to resolve issues with my room. I found it frustrating that my requests sometimes got lost in translation. This negatively impacted the overall experience, despite the staff's best intentions.

Really good Boutique Beachfront Stay
lush gardens beachfront setting extensive breakfast spacious shower room
The beautiful grounds featured a good-sized pool and an idyllic beachfront. The gardens were meticulously maintained. The breakfast buffet had a wide array of Thai and European options and custom-cooked eggs. I liked the fresh fruit smoothies and smooth cappuccino. Our garden view villa was a detached mini-villa surrounded by tropical vegetation. The large shower room contained a walk-in shower and double sink.
The mosque nearby had loud calls to prayer multiple times a day. The 5 AM call was not ideal.

The restaurant served substantial portions of food! The breakfast selection included buffet-style options with waiter service for eggs. Custom smoothies were readily available each morning. That was a great touch.

The owner personally greeted guests, thus creating a cute atmosphere. The staff ensured we had transportation set up, this being greatly appreciated. They also stored our luggage safely and securely.

The pool area and restaurant were carefully arranged. The AC unit worked effectively. Beachside massages allowed listening to crashing waves, an enjoyable bonus.
