charming stay with attentive service
attentive staff easy check-in great location
The staff was attentive, reaching out before my stay to arrange transportation from the airport. check-in was super easy (i even got an upgrade!). the location was great. Restaurants, shopping, and cafes were just a short walk away.
the pool area could use more shaded areas, the parasols are small and fixed, so it's hard to find shade when the sun is strong.

decent stay, some drawbacks present
accessible location natural sunlight spacious room noisy a c unit missing elevator street noise
the location is accessible. it was easy to get around centro. i enjoyed natural sunlight in my room. it was spacious and nice, too.
there were no elevators. i carried luggage up winding steps. the a/c unit was noisy. it had a small distracting light all night. also, i could hear street noise.
