I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They provided good suggestions for local restaurants. The location is excellent (near the Lisbon Cathedral). The room was clean.
The reception was not very quiet. I could hear workers talking loudly on the phone (and amongst themselves). One of the shower doors was broken. Water ran onto the bathroom floor.

The location was excellent for exploring. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare some meals. The beautiful suite offered ample space and included a nice bathroom. I could store my suitcases very early to walk around town.
The shared bathrooms needed some maintenance, especially the showers.

The room was clean, and the bathroom had good shower pressure. The bedroom, with its bathroom, was pretty big for this area. I found the bed to be comfy with big pillows.. not always the case.

A shared kitchen is available. It offers a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Cooking equipment is present and satisfactory for basic meal preparation.. the kitchen is certainly a practical amenity. I found several restaurants nearby.

I found the location very convenient for accessing key sites. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Having a kitchenette in the room was a definite plus. The building retained a traditional charm.
The walls seemed somewhat thin. I could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The guest house offered luggage storage, helpful on my last day. Staff provided directions and recommendations for local restaurants. A tram stop was located directly outside the hotel.

My room came equipped with a kitchenette, including a stovetop and refrigerator. While there wasn't a full restaurant on site, many dining options were available nearby. I could easily prepare small meals in the room..

The room included a double bed with fresh linens and pillows. The bathroom had a shower with good water pressure. Air conditioning kept the room comfortable, despite the outside temperature.
