solid stay in beautiful valley

great hikesfine viewexcellent food
the hikes from this location are great. the lounge gave access to fine views plus the patio also did. the staff provided good service and the food was excellent. i find all amenities are modern and maintained very well.
the walls are rather thin, noises from the hallway could be heard.

the location is excellent. the room was clean and the bathroom had a modern rainfall shower. i found the breakfast to be great with a good selection of cereals and a traditional english breakfast.
the music in the dining room was too loud. it continued late into the night. i think quieter background music would be better. the room felt small.

the location provides fine views from the front lounges. i could bring my dog and leave him in the room. the staff provided a dog bed, towel, and water bowl for him. the modern bathroom had a superb rainfall shower. the comfy mattress and pillows helped me rest very well.
the bar area seemed like it lacked a certain charm and warmth, which impacted the overall atmosphere a bit.
