the gardens were pretty and very well maintained. the restaurant offered delicious local french foods and i thought it was at the forefront of the menu.

the breakfast was disappointing. when items such as croissants ran out there were no refills and the waiter seemed unfriendly when we asked for more water.

The location was really good. It was an easy walk to the chateau.

The air conditioner in my room did not work. This made for a very uncomfortable night especially because it was warm. the paintings were also quite worn on the woodwork. It really needs a refresh.
