Immersive Nature Experience

The free birding tours each morning are a GREAT perk. The guides enhance the experience with their knowledge. I appreciated the housekeeping service. They changed sheets after two nights. The meals in the canteen were excellent and offered good value (I especially loved the variety).
The rooms do not have air conditioning, making it somewhat difficult to sleep on warmer nights.

Complimentary nature tours are available. Laundry service is available onsite, I found it excellent and inexpensive. There are miles of nature trails and bridges for exploring the surrounding rainforest.

Rooms are basic but clean. The provided fans above each bed facilitated comfortable sleep. Housekeeping provides plenty of towels. The shower facilities were consistently reliable.

The staff were friendly and helpful (I am very grateful). The guides were knowledgeable. The reception staff were very helpful and provided useful tips. Communication was prompt and efficient.

the front desk was helpful to me. they stayed in communication since i was arriving after 5pm.
My room lacked warm water entirely. i also discovered there were no windows. This made it hard to see anything. the situation caused a lot of inconvenience for me . i hope they improve it .

The location offered pristine jungle surroundings. The canteen served nutritious and filling breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I found the expert guides delivered excellent bird and wildlife viewing opportunities. Many other guests were very knowledgeable scientists and entomologists.
The room lacked a refrigerator. it was slightly inconvenient.
