the breakfast buffet was adequate.
The shower drain was severely clogged. water pooled, nearly overflowing into the rest of the bathroom during each shower. i also found the bell service completely lacking. My luggage was not carried to my room upon arrival and the staff seemed indifferent.

The hotel's location was acceptable, providing easy access to the local area.
I found several issues . The bathroom had a VERY unpleasant smell coming from the drainpipe. The shower didn't drain properly, so I stood in water each time I showered. This was frustrating! the staff didn't offer assistance with luggage upon arrival.

the location was great and i felt serene inside. the super nice team and kind. my room was perfect, and i felt comfortable. the breakfast buffet provided plenty of options, and the food tasted amazing too.
The water in the shower room didn't go down smoothly. Guests would stand in the flood most of the time.
