The location is ideal, placing guests near major attractions. The staff exhibited wonderful courtesy . They offered excellent service from check-in through breakfast to housekeeping. I found the provided breakfast amazing and complete (the pho is awesome!).

My room had a very SMALL window that did not face the street.

the staff were kind . i appreciated the convenient location near shopping areas. the rooftop restaurant offered tasty food and drinks and the night view was awesome.

the room i stayed in was not great it was quite dark. the window was very small and faced a concrete wall. the lack of acoustic insulation meant i could hear noises from other rooms.
