really good valuegood food
the staff were accommodating (even reopened the kitchen late for my husband!). dinner and breakfast both had really good food and really good value.
filling screw holes and a simple paint job could improve the rooms further.

the staff welcomed me helpfully on arrival. i was escorted to my room upstairs. the room was clean and tidy with a view to the rear. usual facilities were provided. it included a tv and beverages.
there was no choice of breakfast apart from the first day? we stayed for two nights. i was thinking of switching up what we had but we never got shown the menu again. also we got asked how we wanted our eggs one day but not the other day.

The staff carried our luggage to our room on arrival, which i found very helpful. the room was a good size and clean. It looked out to the back of the hotel. the restaurant served amazing indian dishes, and breakfast was also excellent with copious amounts of tea and coffee.
i noticed a dead rat in the parking bay when i first arrived, though it didn't affect the rest of my stay

The hotel has a bar that offers a range of drinks, and there is also an on-site restaurant, i believe. staff members were helpful. They carried luggage on arrival and insisted on doing the same upon departure.

The restaurant features superb indian dishes and a full english breakfast is available. breakfast included generous amounts of tea and coffee. Neither of us could actually finish the meal!

Staff greeted me warmly on arrival, and helped me with my luggage. They escorted me to my room located upstairs. the staff also insisted on helping with my luggage upon departure. This level of service was great!

The hotel is located close to a main road, though my room at the rear was quiet. there are some grounds, but they were not very well maintained. A bit grubby.

the staff was friendly. the room was equipped with tea making facilities. the food was excellent. i stayed for three nights and found everything quite suitable for my needs.
the internet signal were not strong enough.

i found a dead rat in the parking bay upon arrival. my room lacked a duvet, chair, or bedside table. after a staff member put a duvet on the bed they sprayed air freshener because of a smell. the carpet was not hoovered and had a spill stain. the shower had mould and the sink lacked a plug. i was really annoyed.

The staff was cute and helpful upon my arrival.
The television in my room did not work, a real letdown after a day of travel. The room cleanliness was also subpar, I observed black mold in the shower. The hotel is located on a main road, and the noise was noticeable.
