helpful staff top restaurant unworking wifi online check
i stayed in the hotel, and the staff was really cute and helpful. they always smiled and helped me with everything i needed. the hotel restaurant was really top class, and i ate some Michelin star steak and other dishes, i think the chef is great!
the wifi didn't work in my room, it was so frustrating. i couldn't even check in online, i had to stand by reception to check in for my flight. i think that's too bad, i would have appreciated it if they fix that.

excellent accommodation choice
reliable wifi breakfast selection
i stayed for five nights and found it clean the staff were very attentive i appreciated the fast and reliable wifi throughout the premises the hotel provided two restaurants with varied menus i found the breakfast selection plentiful and of excellent quality. the onsite bar was also well stocked offering a wide range of beverages at reasonable prices. the location provided convenient access to local attractions and transport links.

the standard room included a comfortable bed and sufficient space for luggage the room also featured a mini bar providing chilled beverages a private balcony offered views of the surrounding area i thought that the room was well maintained.

the hotel has two onsite restaurants offering diverse culinary options a well-stocked bar is available to enjoy drinks the hotel includes a small swimming pool suitable for a refreshing dip i found that this was a very convenient amenity.

the hotel is situated within a fifteen-minute walk from the train station there is also a bus stop nearby offering convenient access to the central square the location allowed easy access to nearby restaurants i appreciated the proximity to the airport.

Solid Hotel Near New Town

The hotel is near the train station and a bus stop for easy access to the central square. A large grocery store is a short walk away in the mall. I found several interesting restaurants nearby and also enjoyed the hotel restaurant. Staff at reception were nice and helpful.
My room was quite small. The bathroom felt particularly cramped. Access to the bath and shower was elevated, which could be difficult for some guests.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay
missing kettle unwelcoming breakfast
The hotel's location is quite good, near restaurants and shopping options.
My room did not have a kettle, a feature I look for when traveling. The breakfast quality declined after the first day. It then mainly consisted of pastries and eggs. received veggie salads that I was not offered until I asked on my last day.. This inconsistency.

hard bed high pillows
The reception staff was friendly and helpful (they gave some good recommendations).
The rooms were quite dark upon arrival. I also found that the beds were uncomfortably hard, and the pillows were too high, made getting a good night's sleep difficult.

The breakfast was very good with many choices. the staff were very cute and helpful, especially with directions. the room had a nice balcony with tables and chairs. It was a junior suite balcony.
