An Really good stay!
good breakfast moroccan dishes
The breakfast had very good quality with eggs cooked to order and a selection of breads, pancakes, and jams. I liked dining in the restaurant. It offered really good French and Moroccan dishes. The in-house pianist and singer performed entertaining classics.
The rooftop terrace needed proper soundproofing. The kitchen's ventilation fan and the a/c unit compressors made the space less relaxing. It made it hard to enjoy the space.

The room was well-decorated and CLEAN. It featured a Bang & Olufsen speaker, a lovely touch. The bed was also very comfortable, and the room felt luxurious.

The food was AMAZING!!! The restaurant had a diverse menu, including French and Moroccan cuisines. The cocktails were diverse and tasty, so I recommend Charlie's Bar.

A Decent Stay
creative person really good chefs attentive staff challenging location overwhelming atmosphere loud music
This hotel has a library full of books. It is a place where any creative person could lose hours. I found a restaurant with really good chefs. The staff were kind and eager to accommodate any request, and they were pretty good.
The location is a bit far north in the Medina. This makes getting to most places a bit of a challenge. The atmosphere can be a bit overwhelming.

loud music lack of amenities
The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a nice touch.
I had issues with the noise. Loud music played until late every night. it was hard to sleep. The room lacked a working tv. there was also no telephone. The experience was disappointing.

A Decent Stay, BUT with Notable Issues
lack of facilities ventilation fan
The room was not up to expectations. A LACK of coffee or tea facilities meant I was always dependent on room service. the rooftop terrace suffered from noise due to the kitchen ventilation fan. It made relaxation difficult. These issues detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable experience.

courtyard noise lacking blackout curtains
The bedroom was quite noisy. It lacked proper soundproofing. Sounds from the courtyard below easily disrupted sleep. Blackout curtains are necessary because too much light entered the room. I also found that the rooftop terrace was not relaxing due to noise from the kitchen ventilation fan. It was disappointing.

adequate Stay
beautiful architecture travel arrangement really good breakfast low pressure wooden rug broken toilet
the riad itself was beautiful. The architecture had character. The breakfast IS really good.
the Water pressure meant that we were unable to shower properly, and this was not good. it also meant that the toilet would not flush. I found a wooden rug in our room, and it had several areas poking out cutting into us.
