spacious room garden setting breakfast buffet unattended pool towel service empty bar
the rooms were spacious and clean. i enjoyed the tranquil garden setting. the swimming pools were fantastic, and the breakfast buffet was lovely (the pho station was a daily highlight!).
The rooftop pool was unattended much of the time. i had to call for towels a couple of times. A lifeguard checking regularly would help. the bar near the pool was often empty. Either staff it or remove it.

excellent resort experience
friendly staff high standard wide variety
i found the staff friendly and helpful from arrival through checkout. they were always happy to help with tours and dining recommendations. the hotel facilities are fantastic and well maintained. the food was amazing!!! there was also a wide variety on offer.
the shuttle bus to the old town did not run frequently enough. this made it difficult to plan trips without relying on taxis. more frequent shuttles would improve convenience wishing to visit the town.

the reception staff provided prompt assistance with requests. the concierge offered helpful travel advice. the room service was efficient and courteous during each interaction.

attentive staff zen villa beautiful gardens
The staff were friendly and always paid attention to details. My villa provided a great sense of zen. I liked that the gardens were beautiful and well-kept.
The rooms are close to each other. This sometimes requires drawing the curtains for privacy.

undrinkable coffee lacking breakfast
the location offers free bicycles, ok for a short ride.
i find the breakfast rather lacking. they are often out of food an hour before it ends. the coffee and juice tasted undrinkable to me.
