the rooms were spacious and clean. i enjoyed the tranquil garden setting. the swimming pools were fantastic, and the breakfast buffet was lovely (the pho station was a daily highlight!).
The rooftop pool was unattended much of the time. i had to call for towels a couple of times. A lifeguard checking regularly would help. the bar near the pool was often empty. Either staff it or remove it.

i found the staff friendly and helpful from arrival through checkout. they were always happy to help with tours and dining recommendations. the hotel facilities are fantastic and well maintained. the food was amazing!!! there was also a wide variety on offer.
the shuttle bus to the old town did not run frequently enough. this made it difficult to plan trips without relying on taxis. more frequent shuttles would improve convenience wishing to visit the town.

Really good Stay Among the Paddy Fields

The staff were friendly and always paid attention to details. My villa provided a great sense of zen. I liked that the gardens were beautiful and well-kept.
The rooms are close to each other. This sometimes requires drawing the curtains for privacy.
