The room cleaning was thorough and consistent . The hotel provides access to the land of legends theme park, awesome for convenient visits. A shuttle service operates to Rixos Premium, granting access to its beach and amenities from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm daily. i found a variety of food options available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The hotel room lacked an iron and i had difficulty obtaining one for use. I was informed that irons were available for only twenty minutes at a time, with a mandatory return policy. My request for an iron was ultimately unfulfilled.

The hotel is near to the theme park and water park. Access requires a ten-minute walk, especially with a pram. The entrance is shared with public visitors, wristband scanning, and bag searches are mandatory before entering the theme park.

I was a bit disappointed with some aspects of the hotel. The evening entertainment was repetitive. The fountain show and boat parade were the same every night and got old quickly. there were extra charges for things like popcorn at the water park (items I feel should be included with an all-inclusive stay).

my stay included access to the theme park. it was a major highlight for me. halil from guest relations was helpful. he provided excellent support . i appreciated his friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with anything i needed.

the sofa bed was quite firm. i found it difficult to get comfortable. the entertainment in the evening was very repetitive. it followed the same schedule each night .
