cold items littered cigarette butts
I find several points warrant attention. The breakfast service fell short of expectations. Some items were cold. I also noticed cigarette butts littered outside. THE staff did not clean tables promptly. This detracted from the overall experience.

wonderful stay!
amazing food lovely atmosphere big screen
The bar had amazing food and a lovely atmosphere!!! the hotel courtyard had a big screen showing the euro football tournament. I loved that. there is a nice riverside walk from the hotel that winds into town. this riverside walk is definitely worth it.

a good family wedding stay
family wedding good experience meal service
I stayed three nights for a family wedding. it really has not changed much. the steak restaurant only opens thursday through saturday. Consequently, i could only have a meal in the bar. the overall experience was good, and i would come here again.
i found the bar location affected by noise. the music continued until 2 am. my room was on the second floor near the lift, and the music was intrusive even with windows closed.

the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. My room included a helpful desk and convenient power points next to the bed. the secure parking provided many free spaces, accessed via an entry code.
i found that breakfast could be improved, as the tea cups had noticeable stains.

i found all staff members to be friendly and accommodating. One gentleman at reception was particularly helpful upon my arrival. He really made an excellent first impression (so nice!).

friendly staff clean room delicious breakfast
The staff were friendly and efficient. My room was spacious and impeccably clean. Breakfast offered a great selection, from continental buffet options to delicious made-to-order mains. I particularly enjoyed the pancakes and bacon.
