i gotta tell you this place rocks. the staff were awesome. they made sure i had towels changed daily. i loved the steak a la carte restaurant a lot. it was like eating at a great place.
the pool temperature was a bit nippy. that was the only thing that could have been better.

Acceptable Stay. Several Issues Need Attention

repetitive food
The hotel ensured our bags were taken care of upon our early morning arrival.
The food became repetitive. It was mostly the same each day. It seemed I needed to constantly seek attention to get drinks ordered and delivered, and this often took a significant amount of time. Many of the staff looked miserable, lacking the cheerful attitude I expect.
