the location proved very convenient, close to the westbahnhof subway station. friendly, helpful staff were always available at reception. i found the hotel clean and well-kept. the breakfast was nice, with a decent selection of items.
the room door was easy to slam, which sometimes created noise.

the room had good sound insulation and effective climate control. a towel dryer was available, useful for keeping things fresh. i found the bed comfortable and conducive to rest after long days.

the location is great because it is close to public transport. i like the comfort double room i booked because it was quiet. i found the staff friendly and nice. the breakfast was okay, it had a lot of choices.
the wifi was unstable and slow, it made things difficult. the bathroom door didn't close properly, it left little privacy. i think the hotel should updated it or find a better solution. some of the furniture was run down.

The location is near public transport. I found the room to be very clean. The breakfast had many options, including hot and cold dishes (the coffee machine worked well).
I noticed some wear and tear in the room. The soundproofing was not great. I could hear noise from the hallway sometimes.
