The location was excellent. It allowed convenient access to many attractions. The staff was helpful and efficient! The breakfast offered a satisfying selection of items. I found the rooms to be spacious and well-kept.
The minibar prices felt a bit high, but I knew it in advance.

My room lacked basic amenities such as a shower cap or toothpaste. I had to request dairy creamer for tea and felt I was bothering the staff with my requests. It is frustrating to have to ask for things I expect in a hotel.

I enjoyed the convenient location near many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful . I also appreciated the clean room, it had nice amenities. I plan to return to this hotel in the future.

The hotel is close to Karlsplatz U-bahn station. Many attractions inside the Ring are within walking distance. The area felt safe, even when I walked late at night.
