The staff was very helpful! They allowed me to leave my luggage for a few hours after check-out before my taxi arrived. My room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast offered delicious food, and the restaurant had lovely staff and food!

the room was clean when i checked in. breakfast had a good selection of cheeses. the tram stop was very close, it made getting around easy.
the air conditioner wasnt very powerful. staff seemed a bit robotic.

problematic temperaturenoisy road
the temperature regulation in the room proved problematic i found it consistently too warm for comfortable sleep despite my attempts to adjust it via the thermostat the road outside was noisy i could not open a window the staff repeatedly assured me they had addressed the issue i found no change to the heating the heating remained on making the room uncomfortably hot.
