the location was acceptable. the hotel had a view of the lake.

Check-in was a mess. i had booked dinner three weeks prior, but the receptionist repeatedly asked if i wanted to book a table. the room i received initially was small and warm. after an hour, i finally got a different room. it was dirty.

the gardens were especially enchanting, filled with fragrant blooms. our room overlooked the serene lake, which i found amazing. i spent hours just watching the light dance on the water. the staff were helpful too.

the breakfast buffet had limited options. i found it difficult to get a table with a view.

The gym could benefit from extended opening hours to accommodate varied guest schedules I found it closed later in the evening.
