fantastic stay!
beautiful decor well-kept grounds fantastic view
the hotel rooms had beautiful decor and public areas. the grounds were well kept. i enjoyed fantastic lake views from the hotel hotel.
the walk to the lake involves a public forest path that has no lights, so it felt unsafe to walk at night.

the hotel has a pool that was lovely for lounging. the spa was amazing and offered fine views. guests can easily access hiking trails above the hotel.

the hotel team was very kind and available. the staff was attentive to every need. the concierge staff were pleasant and always ready to assist.

i ate at the atelier restaurant one night and found it great. the la rotonde restaurant offers a superb regional food and experience. the breakfast had good selection and was wonderful.

Uneven stay. Some issues noted.
decorative thermostat weak wi-fi
The room had a thermostat. Sadly it seemed purely decorative! i couldn't adjust the temperature. also, the wi-fi signal was weak. i struggled to stay connected, especially during peak hours. that was kind of annoying.

well-kept grounds fantastic view hotel decor rude staff understaffed resort fixed temperature
the grounds were very well kept and had a fantastic view of the lake. the hotel decor of rooms and public areas were gorgeous! i found the location great for those fine views over the lake (it really is a sight to behold).
some staff were quite rude and unhelpful. the resort is very clearly understaffed, i noticed. the room i had was set to a fixed 25 degrees. it was not nearly cool enough for the heat.

lake view delight!
lake view pleasant staff easy access
the hotel is located within a reasonable walking distance to the train station, approximately 40 minutes at a relaxed pace! the view from our room overlooking the lake was fantastic, really fine. we rented e-bikes for a day and enjoyed the scenic 26-mile path around the lake. easy access to hiking trails above the location was a plus.
The attic room had a low ceiling near the bed. We bumped our heads! accessing the plugs in that area of the room was also a bit difficult, a safety cushion could help.

unreliable wifi nonexistent wifi
I recently spent several days at this hotel. The wifi hardly worked at all. It was sporadic inside the hotel and practically nonexistent by the pool (a MAJOR inconvenience).

modern room clean pool area fantastic view
the location was awesome and easy to get to. the room was modern. the grounds were nicely kept, i saw a fantastic view of the lake from everywhere. the pool area was great and super clean, also the grounds was a great sight to see.
the parking cost extra, that was a bit annoying.
