Charming Pod Experience

The pod was very clean. It was also tidy. I received a complementary gift upon arrival, an unexpected touch. The staff was informative. The hot tub was easy to set up. I used my own logs and kindling, which worked well.
The hot tub needed considerable time to heat. Even with effort, the bottom remained cold.

the enclosed space felt very private. it was compact, yet had everything i needed. the short walk to the shower and toilet facilities was convenient. the facilities were very clean.
the hot tub required significant effort to heat. i spent over two hours trying to get it warm. the bottom of the tub remained very cold. it was disappointing.

the pod itself was cozy (i have to admit). it was clean and tidy.
the hot tub was not good. i spent a lot of time getting the fire going to heat the tub. after using a lot of firewood, the top was barely warm, but the bottom was freezing. my daughter was very disappointed that the hot tub was unusable.
