The room had excellent blackout curtains. The bathroom featured heated towel racks. The mini-bar offered a selection of complimentary beverages and snacks. I particularly appreciated the valet parking. It was quick and efficient.
The gym equipment showed minor signs of wear.

Staff members provided assistance with luggage upon arrival. Their friendly attitude was cute. Concierge services are available 24/7, aiding with travel arrangements and local recommendations. The staff WAS amazing!!!

the location felt CENTRAL to everything. the breakfast buffet featured extensive OPTIONS. the cocktail bar provided friendly, helpful staff. the rooms offered recent REFURBISHMENT with great quality.

the bellboys were very friendly AND accommodating. the reception staff was also super friendly and very helpful to us. the lady in the spa worked to.

the hotel had a very good location. it was very close to the christmas markets, restaurants, and shopping AREAS. it was easy to access from the airport using the tram or bus service.

breakfast included excellent ambience and an extensive selection of food and drinks. the piano bar offered a place to relax and have a beverage. hot food ordered from the table service tasted fresh and well prepared.
