limited spacesparking fee
i found the parking situation unacceptable for the price paid. limited spaces were available near the hotel. i had to park in a public garage and walk a distance with luggage. this inconvenience was not offset by any reduction in the parking fee which i found frustrating

The room was spacious and clean with a queen bed. The staff were helpful (really!). Mama's Shelter bakery was next door. A large sofa bed was also in the room.

The staff provided prompt and efficient service. They were attentive to my needs throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were also quick and hassle-free, which i REALLY appreciated.

The hotel enjoys a great location with convenient access to transport. The tram stop is very close to the hotel, so it is easy to explore the city. This makes it easier to visit different attractions.
