the staff was helpful especially with directions to local spots
the room i had lacked temperature control it was very stuffy street noise made it difficult to sleep i had to shut the windows the fan in the locker room wasn't offered to me initially i had to discover it myself

classic stay in a central location
spacious wardrobewired internetlarge bathroom
i stayed in two rooms (first one night, then two more). both were beautiful. the initial room was very large, it included a sofa, desk, dressing table and a spacious wardrobe. the second room was smaller but functional (it had wired internet and light sensors). both bathrooms were large, and bathrobes were provided.
the hotel lacks air conditioning, which could be a problem during warmer months, especially as opening the windows can let in noise from the busy road.

The hotel has a perfect location. It is very close to many tourist attractions. the monument of remembrance is next to the hotel. the hotel is accessible from the central railway station by a free tram and a short walk.

the breakfast offered a nice variety of options with fresh ingredients. the breakfast buffet was accompanied by classical musicwith a pleasant ambiance. i found something to eat for everyone.

the staff were very polite and helpful . the concierge was friendly and assisted with my questions. one of the receptionists was very friendly (mr. duraku!).
