The resort design was quite excellent. the pool area was well kept. the hotel STAFF addressed most requests Promptly. It.
the breakfast options lacked variety for someone with dietary restrictions. there was a lack of information online regarding the alcohol policy. the restaurant hours were limited, especially during certain times.

i stayed in a superior double room and found it super clean. the breakfast had alternative milk options (i have allergies) and a variety of fruits. reception staff booked taxis for me, and those bookings ran smoothly.

The staff were friendly and helpful , which I appreciated.
The restaurant hours were inconvenient. The kitchen closed quite early. I had difficulty getting a final invoice after checking out despite multiple requests. The front desk service seemed unprofessional as a result of this missing invoice.

the decoration had a high level of detail. our room stayed cool, which i appreciated, and included beautiful bedding and furniture. the bed was comfortable, i slept very well. breakfast provided a huge spread, enjoyed by the pool. the staff were very friendly and helpful.
the restaurant had limited opening hours. this was irritating, especially since the hotel has still refused to send me a final invoice for my stay and extras after asking multiple times. the front desk service felt unprofessional.

moroccan doorpool areaattentive staff
the hotel design was fantastic i liked moroccan doors and lampshades. pool areas were vibey with sun loungers beds and chill areas. the staff was attentive and polite they helped us book restaurants and bars and drove us around

the hotel is located away from the city center taxis were difficult to find there. roads around the hotel show poverty i found it to be an unfortunate sight for a holiday destination.
