i found the staff very helpful with restaurant recommendations. they also offered great advice on local activities and directions, useful. the location inside the city wall was a definite plus, placing me within a short walk to everything i wanted to see. breakfast had many fresh choices and such GREAT coffee!!!
the staircase was a narrow spiral staircase, a little challenging for luggage.

the room faced the street, and the noise, oh the noise! it sounded like a motorcycle convention outside all night. and then, breakfast. the croissants tasted like they were made last week. seriously considered using them as doorstops, seriously.

i adored the location, so close to everything. the breakfast each morning was a dream, it had fresh pastries. the staff were so nice, and always had a smile. our room had such exquisite linen, i was like i was sleeping on clouds.
