Excellent stay with very nice views!
infinity pool outside seating private terrace grass tennis
The hotel features a beautiful infinity pool. It also has a restaurant with outside seating. Every room includes a terrace. I found the grass tennis courts appealing.
Some balcony areas show age, but I know the hotel will take care of this.

The hotel is conveniently located near Monaco. Uber service is also readily available! Driving down the helix-shaped ramp to reach the parking lots offers a rather unique, interesting experience.

clean room comfortable bed capable staff
I appreciated the location. It was close to the village. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and capable (always ready to help with a smile).

The pool provides amazing views, ideal for relaxation. The gym provides yoga mats, so guests can practice outdoors while taking in the surrounding views. The spa offers treatments and state-of-the-art facilities.

The rooms provide sea views. It is amazing. The big deck added to the room was a great addition. The room was beautifully set up for my stay (it felt very romantic).

Acceptable stay with some issues
bathroom stains worn balcony
the views from the room were decent.
The cleanliness was not great. the bathroom had some stains, and the shower amenities weren't refilled daily. I ran out of shower gel. also, the balcony seemed old and worn.

slow bar service no smart tv
The service at the bar was quite slow. I often waited a considerable time for drinks, even when it was not busy (fifteen minutes was like a long time). the TV system lacked smart functionality. This absence made it difficult to stream my own content to the television. (I missed my shows!).

hillside retreat
edge pool helpful staff
the pool faced the sea i observed zero edge. i also found the rooms modern and clean. breakfast and restaurant seemed good i noticed great food. christopher assisted with bags and checked us into our room upon arrival i found this helpful.
i noticed that the terrace had not been cleaned. there was rubbish on the ground since our arrival. i found the parking disorganized as customers parked in front of other cars. retrieving my car took nearly half an hour which caused me to be late.

the staff were friendly and helpful i noticed. christopher assisted with our bags upon arrival. he also helped with our car on departure. i found the reception efficient and responsive to requests .
