immaculate rooms and great location

The superior king room was spacious. I noted it had a very comfortable bed and a nespresso machine! the bathroom had complimentary toiletries and soft, plush towels. I found this quite luxurious. parking was included, this made arrival and departure simple. i particularly appreciated the very central location, directly across from the cathedral.
The tv guide did not fully function. I was unable to view the entire channel list.

staff members communicated effectively via messages, phone, and in person! i observed they were helpful and very accommodating. the check-in process was smooth and efficient.

the tray included milk and biscuits. the coffee machine provided coffee. these small touches enhanced the experience.

The location was next to the richard iii visitor centre. This proximity made it easy to explore historical sites. i could easily walk to many restaurants located around the corner. many attractions were easily accessible.

The king size bed in my beautiful king room was the softest. The bedding was so nice too! bath robes were provided. They felt super fluffy. i really liked the decor. It was beautiful.
i give a low mark only for slight warmness on the 2nnd floor in september.

This hotel is central to the city. Everything is within easy walking distance! parking is great and easy alongside the hotel! it made exploring the area quite convenient.

My bedroom was spacious. The facilities were excellent. i also liked the coffee maker and yummy biscuits provided. It was a nice touch. it really enhanced my stay!

the room had every facility i wanted. i found a mini fridge with complimentary still and sparkling water. there was also a little bottle of milk provided. the bed was amazingly comfy!
