the lush garden created a peaceful atmosphere. the staff were friendly. i found the location near the city center very convenient. the rooms were clean and of good size, a pleasant surprise.

The staff showed so much kindness. they actually surprised my sweetheart with a cake for her birthday. It touched our hearts. our bungalow garden view offered a peaceful retreat. i loved the beautiful greenery all around. The staff kept it immaculate.

The POOL villa was a real oasis. it was quiet apart from the bats from time to time. ALL the staff were very cheerful. the front desk staff were great. Neung was very helpful.

whenever we ordered room service and left our food out , the housekeeper didn't collect it. as the food was left out on the balcony, ants were more of a problem than before. THEY didn'T even come and check.
