quiet comfortable retreat
comfortable mattress quiet room helpful staff cheerful valet
the mattress was comfortable and the room was quiet. climate control worked well. front desk staff were very helpful and responsive. valet gabriel was cheerful kind and thoughtful.
the bar was short staffed.

the resort is situated in a spot perfect for day trips. a shuttle service provides access to the village center. free parking areas allow exploration of shops restaurants and patisseries.

the spa is luxurious with an excellent masseur on staff. the gym has equipment for workouts. there are two pools with excellent staff who are friendly and efficient.

old carpet slow service
The hotel rooms were a letdown. I booked three rooms and two of them felt really old. the carpet was worn out and looked dirty, and the wallpaper was peeling off. the bathroom even had parts falling apart. in one room, there was this nasty sewage smell, and they tried to cover it up with strong air freshener, but it didn't work. also, we ate at the bar, not even the fancy restaurant, and it took ages to get our food. ants started biting us too.
