lovely staff fresh water close store rusty kettle empty bottles wet tissue
the staff were so lovely and helpful. fresh water was available everyday. a 7/11 store was conveniently close for snacks and other amenities.
the inside of the kettle had rust and lime deposits. the shampoo, bath gel, and conditioner bottles were empty on arrival. one of the tissue rolls in the toilet was wet and dried without replacement.

Fantastic Hotel, Great Experience!
excellent service saturday buffet rooftop pool breakfast buffet
The staff provided excellent service. I appreciated the Saturday evening buffet, it was really good. The rooftop pool offered good opportunities to sit and enjoy the view. The breakfast buffet had many food varieties available daily (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit!).
I noticed some very slight lime deposits inside the kettle.

The breakfast buffet impressed ME. It had many options. Staff members displayed courteous and helpful behavior. The location allows proximity to restaurants and fast-food establishments. I especially liked the garlic rice served at breakfast, a true taste of local cuisine.
i did not find a warm shower . i always got out freezing.

Breakfast included a salad station. It featured a cereal station too. The Filipino station had local favorites. The coffee served was not sour.
Lighting in the room was not adequate. Only some plug sockets worked.

amazing stay!
helpful staff early check-in breakfast buffet rooftop pool
The staff was really helpful and friendly. i was allowed to check in early, around 1 pm, and it made a huge difference. the breakfast buffet was great. It had a lot of options (especially the pancakes!) and the atmosphere was quite nice. i really enjoyed the rooftop pool area. It's a great way to end the day.
the gym equipment seemed a little old.

the hotel is near many restaurants, which makes it convenient for dining out. it's also about 15 minutes by taxi from the ferry port. the airport is approximately 40 minutes away.

the rooms include complimentary water every day. there are robes, slippers, and a kettle with coffee and tea provided (nice touch!). the beautiful king room was spacious with comfortable beds and soundproofing worked well.

the front desk, servers, and doormen provided great service, so i always felt welcome. the staff was very helpful and quick to respond to requests. they are very friendly, attentive, and always smiling.

the breakfast buffet had generous selections, with options constantly replenished by the staff. i also ordered the cheeseburger with fries (best burger i have had in months!). the restaurant provided a very nice dining experience.
