Location I found was convenient. It is next to the mall. I did appreciate the staff, they were polite. Access directly to Ayala mall from the exit gave extra convenience. Room comfort was good.
Breakfast I did find was subpar. I stayed many times, but breakfast isn't as good. Getting seats was difficult some times. It wasn't what I expect.

The hotel is conveniently located near the shopping center. This made it easy to access various stores. The breakfast buffet had many selections, catering to diverse tastes. I also appreciated the clean rooms and well-kept facilities (the gym had modern equipment!).
The pool area sometimes got crowded during peak hours. Securing a lounger required some patience.

The service staff was very attentive and helpful. They promptly addressed my requests and questions. The staff was always ready to assist with a smile. I found this level of dedication really good.
