the staff are so polite and always ready to help. they always smile! i booked the zumba class with liza and vandy at the crimzone. it was so much fun! the instructors were amazing and i tell everyone to book this class.
the value for money is not good. i think the premium price you pay means they should not have black mold in the rooms. the spa area also had mold! i found the management disorganized too. so much problems!

The breakfast buffet impressed me with its diverse selection of fresh dishes. The Azure beachside bar offered delicious food plus fabulous cocktails.. it was really a treat. I found the staff friendly and helpful.

poor soundproofinglimited breakfast
The breakfast was VERY disappointing. It certainly did not meet luxury hotel standards. I saw NO cheese, NO ham, and NO mangoes. All i saw was just melons. the beautiful room was not soundproofed properly. I heard noises every time a nearby door closed.
