I stayed for five nights and was pretty let down. First, the WiFi was spotty. It barely worked in my room. I had a little trouble streaming my shows. the food at the buffet was repetitive. It feels like same dishes every day. The lack of variety made dining a bit boring.

The hotel grounds are beautiful. The pools are various. A separate aquapark is available for kids. The staff was very helpful. Entertainment was very interesting. The room was spacious. (I had a great experience!).
The main restaurant was utter chaos. It was very busy. It was manic. It was not a relaxing dining experience at all. It was hard to find a table at times. The clientele did not understand personal space. I did not enjoy the restaurant.

I loved the very nice variety of food. Trying the kofte was a highlight. drinks were also great (i especially liked the coke zero restock!). the service stood out, and the staff were attentive. our room was beautiful, the shower was great, and the towel art was a sweet touch.

I think the food is of good quality and plentiful. we often had lunch at paradise park restaurant. It was fresh and well made. the asian restaurant was excellent.

guest relations was efficient, offering support through whatsapp. waiters were generally attentive (some were a bit slow, though!). the minibar service was great with personalized attention and our room maid provided excellent service.

The spa facilities impressed me. I enjoyed the animation team. The restaurants had great variety (i loved the local cuisine!).
I found the upselling at check-in very pushy. The receptionist's smile disappeared when i declined the room upgrade. I also noticed staff used dilapidated mopeds on paths. This felt unsafe.

The staff was very kind. The food was fresh and delicious (i liked the desserts!). There are many pools. There are many bays for relaxation. It is always possible to find something surprising.
The hotel is large and requires quite A walk to reach the Aqua Park.

I did expect a bit more sparkle, I must say. The steep hills everywhere proved a challenge, I was like a mountain goat. The food, while plentiful, lacked that certain je ne sais quoi, honestly. More flat ground and less beige food would be appreciated.
