Wonderful Location and Super Clean Room!

I loved that the location was opposite the Lido. A short walk took me to a direct bus into the town center and train station. So convenient! The room included lots of water, coffee, and tea. This was a lovely addition! Robes, slippers, and towels were also provided, which I found so useful.
I found the room a little cold, even when using the extra plug-in radiator provided. The bathroom also lacked heating.

Charming Getaway

I thoroughly enjoyed using the outdoor pool, sauna, and hot tub. The Lido is directly across from the Townhouse and I crossed easily. The room had fluffy robes, good quality tea, and lovely soaps. It felt special. Staff members were helpful and friendly at all times .
I noticed the building is a converted Victorian townhouse, therefore sound from other guests could be heard, it slightly disrupted sleep.

Satisfactory Stay

comfy bedswell equippedground floornoisy entrance
The rooms had a well designed layout and comfy beds. The rooms also were well equipped for my needs (I am not a demanding guest).
My room was on the ground floor next to the entrance. It was quite noisy with people coming through the main door. Footsteps from the room above also were audible (these noises interrupted my sleep).

The staff provided a generous supply of water, coffee, and teas. I found bathrobes and Lido toiletries in the room. Access to the pool and spa facilities was included. This access definitely.
The building seemed to be a converted Victorian townhouse. Sound proofing was not great. Noise from other guests and the street disrupted my sleep. There were not enough plug sockets near the bed.

The room was gorgeous and smelled amazing, similar to a spa. The townhouse is really close to the lido. I loved that I could swim there. The food was delicious too.
The room felt cold despite using the extra plug in radiator, there was no heat in the bathroom, and that was cold too.
