Really good Midtown Stay

The location allowed quick access to the subway, so getting around was easy. I found the staff very cute and eager to assist with directions. My room had two queen beds and was sufficiently sized, so there was space to relax. I also liked that the hotel preserved historical details.
I noticed that the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, so street noise was sometimes noticeable.

The staff readily provided directions and assistance upon request, therefore my needs were met. I appreciated their positive attitude when i requested extra towels. The front desk operates 24 hours.

The two queen room accommodated my family quite well. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was larger than expected. Daily room service kept everything tidy and fresh. The location was a HUGE plus, close to key attractions and the subway.
I found the walls were not very soundproof. Noises from neighboring rooms were easily audible.

the hotel location is fantastic close to many attractions i walked to herald square easily i also liked that they offered both ice and filtered water it was very convenient the staff was so lovely and helped me find nearby places. the room was clean it was really spacious compared to what i expected.
the air con unit was opposite the bed it was difficult to use because it was loud this made the room a bit uncomfortable

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit i needed directions and recommendations and they were always ready to assist the front desk team was especially lovely and sincere they made me feel really welcome.

the well chosen things it was spacious and clean fresh towels were provided and changed daily i found the high ceiling and uncluttered look of the space really pleasing plus there was an ice machine on my floor.
