great location friendly staff spacious room immaculate bathroom
i thought the location was amazing. it was so close to everything. the staff was always friendly and ready to help. my room was clean and felt spacious. the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was immaculate and well-stocked with essentials.
the elevator was sometimes slow, but it didn't greatly impact my stay.

the room had a king size bed it included a work desk and chair the closet had hangers and an ironing board fresh towels were available daily for my convenience. the tv provided a wide selection of channels.

the hotel is near several subway lines and major attractions getting around the city was easy there are many restaurants and shops nearby the area felt safe to explore at any time the empire state building is just a short walk.

fantastic stay!
architecture daily water spacious feel
I loved the thermostat control. I was always comfortable (temperature is crucial for me). the architecture impressed me. High ceilings really added to the room's spacious feel. i appreciated the daily water bottles. This touch was very thoughtful.
i found the elevator a bit slow.

my room had a very comfortable king bed. the bathroom was spacious and very clean i found two sets of soft towels. the location was great near penn station and msg it was perfect for getting around.
the elevator made a rattling noise.

Really good Midtown Stay
convenient subway cute staff adequate space
The location allowed quick access to the subway, so getting around was easy. I found the staff very cute and eager to assist with directions. My room had two queen beds and was sufficiently sized, so there was space to relax. I also liked that the hotel preserved historical details.
I noticed that the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, so street noise was sometimes noticeable.

The two queen room accommodated my family quite well. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was larger than expected. Daily room service kept everything tidy and fresh. The location was a HUGE plus, close to key attractions and the subway.
I found the walls were not very soundproof. Noises from neighboring rooms were easily audible.

amazing stay!
great location filtered water helpful staff
the hotel location is fantastic close to many attractions i walked to herald square easily i also liked that they offered both ice and filtered water it was very convenient the staff was so lovely and helped me find nearby places. the room was clean it was really spacious compared to what i expected.
the air con unit was opposite the bed it was difficult to use because it was loud this made the room a bit uncomfortable

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit i needed directions and recommendations and they were always ready to assist the front desk team was especially lovely and sincere they made me feel really welcome.
